DAY 1: Body Wisdom + Dosha Discovery

Workshop 1 – Introduction to Ayurveda

Learn how to work with your body instead of against it. You’ll uncover your personal Dosha (mind-body type) and understand how it influences your energy, digestion, sleep, and emotions. Leave with clarity and confidence to create a lifestyle aligned with your unique nature, for more balance, vitality, and ease.

Enjoy tridoshic meals, grounding herbal teas, and a gentle guided yoga practice.

DAY 2: Emotional Freedom + Deep Nourishment

Workshop 2 – Emotional Freedom: Intimacy with Yourself

Release stored stress and emotional baggage through gentle, powerful practices. You’ll learn tools for emotional release, conscious communication, and nervous system regulation, helping you feel lighter, calmer, and more connected to your true self.

Workshop 3 – Food as Medicine: Nourishment for Body, Mind and Soul

Discover what nourishment truly means for you. Using Ayurvedic principles, you’ll learn how to choose and prepare foods that boost digestion, balance hormones, increase energy, and support a healthy weight, all without restriction or confusion.

Close the day with breathwork, Yoga Nidra, and optional sound healing to support emotional integration.

DAY 3: Detox, Rejuvenation + Awakening Your Inner Healer

Workshop 4 – Perpetual Renewal: Detoxification, Purification and Rejuvenation

Clear mind-body toxins and establish a personal daily rhythm for sustainable wellbeing. You’ll explore simple detox practices, stress-relieving rituals, and powerful self-care routines that support better sleep, radiant skin, improved focus, and inner calm.

Workshop 5 – The Five Gateways to the Inner Pharmacy: Metabolising Sensory Experience

Activate your body’s natural healing intelligence using your five senses. You’ll learn how to use sound, sight, touch, taste, and smell as daily tools to calm the mind, restore energy, and support deep healing, anytime, anywhere.
